JOIN US THIS FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT, FEB 19 & 20TH, at 6pm at Birch Bay Square off exit 270 on I-5 for a 21&OVER Winter Olympics Party located in the big white tent next to Bob’s Burger. Sponsored by Budweiser and RedBull, there will be over $1000 in prize giveaways including 2 tickets to the Mens Snowboarding Finals on the 27th, a CAR (yes you got it a C-A-R), Olympic gear, Bob’s Burger gift certificates, Budweiser girls, and more! Wii Olympics will be set up open to all to play with prize giveaways.

For each dollar spent on food and/or drinks, you will be given one raffle ticket to enter the grand prize drawing for 2 tickets to the men’s snowboarding finals on the 27th. Winner will be announced Saturday night. Must be present to win. Budweiser girls are coming Saturday evening & there will be a car give-away this weekend as well!!!

Kick Off Party Thursday, February 11th at 6PM

On Thursday, February 11th at 6pm, Birch Bay Square will be kicking off the Olympics with a dedication ceremony to one of Whatcom Countys fallen soldiers, Aaron Aamot.  Aamot lost his life serving our country in November , 2009 in Afghanistan. In memory of him, Birch Bay Square would like to rename their courtyard the “Aaron Aamot Courtyard.”

Along with the dedication we will have our very own torch lighting ceremony, the American and Canadian National Anthems, and some great guest speakers. After there will be food and beer available for all to enjoy. This will be a great way to gear up as a community for the Vancouver Olympics.

Shuttles begin running the following day, Friday the 12th, at 8am.

Birch Bay Square is looking forward to hosting a great tailgate party all month long to celebrate the Vancouver Olympics. We hope to see you all here!!

Birch Bay Square will also be hosting numerous festivities for all those who wish to be a part of the Olympics but cannot make it to Vancouver starting with a 2010 Olympics Kickoff Celebration accompanied by Bob’s Burger and Brew including a Torch Lighting run, a Beer Garden, a dedication of our courtyard to one of Custer’s very own fallen heros, Aaron Aamot, Live Music and much much more!!!
